The `hayt.am` system is the electronic commerce environment, where meet seller or service provider on one side and the buyer or service customer on the other side. The `hayt.am` system plays a role of an agent between these two market subjects. The system doesn’t put strict limitations with respect to these two subjects, as it isn’t done in conditions of free marketing relationships.

The registration is necessary for all legal and natural entities, who want to sell different products or provide various services. You cannot present your product or service to the buyer without registration. Buyers don't need to be registered.

On the top of the first page of the 'hayt.am' system there is the 'register' entry. You can be registered by entering here and filling all `*` signed requiring fields sequentially.

Filling an announcement in the `hayt.am` system is absolutely free.

The filled announcement in the `hayt.am` system gives you an opportunity to present your product or providing service properly and operatively to sell them, having an opportunity to set all exhaustive descriptions and pictures in the announcement via very dynamic electronic tools, which will help you quickly sell your product or get orders to provide services. You will not absolutely need to decide for what technical parameters you will have to fill definite fields for offering product, since at the time you fill an announcement those will be already in your announcement. Besides, you will have an opportunity to create a personal site specifically for one product or offering service, exactly inside your announcement, where more freely you will present your product (service) and make design. Artificial persons have an opportunity to fill announcements for dozens of products or services simultaneously by the offline mode. Buyers will be able to find your filled announcements very fast, since there are the 'ADVANCED SEARCH' and 'SORT BY' dynamically and operatively working systems in the `hayt.am` system.

The product(service) announcement contain 'COMMON CHARACTER', 'DESCRIPTION', price and location of the product(service), applicant contacts, information about the applicant, also information with respect to other products or services offered by the seller. There is also an opportunity create the own site for one product or service, where the applicant can organize his product (service), presenting it in more dynamic way.

You can change or remove your own announcement when and how many times you will need to, before meeting deadline, on one's own initiative.

You can fill more than one announcement simultaneously.

All artificial and adult natural persons are allowed to fill announcements.

The `Hayt.am` system has at least 19 categories and subcategories which contain most diverse fields. Exactly for products or services belong to these fields can be sold or bought via the `hayt.am` system (the list of categories-in the left side of the first page). Besides, there is also possibility to sell product outside of these categories-via 'everything else' category.

The `hayt.am` system embraces only the areas of the Republic of Armenia, NKR and Djavahch yet. Only sellers or buyers in these areas can use this system. Although, all buyers from over the world can use this system, buying this or that product ordering this or that service.

The `hayt.am` system doesn't ship the bought product and so do via other postal companies. The only responsible person for the latter is seller.

The `hayt.am` system does not represent as an electronic payments system. Here it isn't possible to purchase a good or service via electronic cards(f.ex. credit cards), financial cheques or other online electronic payments systems. The system is only informative and the payment conditions are put by sellers.

Your registration data are completely confidential and are known only to you. We pleased you to keep them from foreigners, since the third person can spoil or delete the filled announcements.

The filled announcement can be left maximum 60 days in the system.

It's possible to put more than one image in the filling announcements.

The goods or services which will be sold via the `hayt.am` system filled announcements, are not raised any percent from incomings.

There are two searching tools on the `hayt.am` system. The first one is on the first page of the site. Here you can make search only by area and category. The second one is `ADVANCED SEARCH`. By the help of this tool you can make search by categories and subcategories, announcement filling time, price, deadline, condition, product number, location and username. By selecting all or one of these choices, you will get the whole product (service) list you've looked for.

It is not permitted to put announcements with the following characters: pornographic, illegal, inaccurate or false, racial, religious, national, sexual and other discriminative and intolerant, arms and ammunition, drugs, tobacco products information. Announcements where will be such kind of information, will be deleted and the registration of the person who filled that announcement, will be closed temporarily or permanently. Also not permitted to put abuse. One who will violate this point will get penal points or will loose temporarily the right to put announcements in the 'hayt.am' system.

For the quality, quantity, fishing, putting prohibitted information in the announcements and the accordance of information writed on the announcements, bear responsibility only the  natural or artificial persons who fill announcements. The 'hayt.am' staff does not account for the latters.
